Important Information About Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance provides additional financial protection in case of complete parcel loss during international delivery. Choose the coverage level before dispatch.
At DAJMUR, we understand that natural Slavic hair is a valuable and delicate product. Each order is prepared individually, carefully packed, and shipped with attention to every detail. To give our clients additional financial protection during international delivery, we offer optional shipping insurance coverage.
Shipping insurance is designed to provide a financial guarantee in case of complete loss of the parcel during transit. The insurance applies from the moment the order is officially handed over to the shipping carrier and remains valid until the parcel is delivered to the recipient according to the tracking information.
The client may choose one of the following insurance options before the order is dispatched:

Without Insurance
No additional insurance coverage is added to the shipment.

Extended Insurance +$30
Covers up to $500 of the product value in case of complete parcel loss.

Extended Insurance +$50
Covers up to $1,000 of the product value in case of complete parcel loss.

Extended Insurance +$90
Covers up to $2,000 of the product value in case of complete parcel loss.

The insurance amount is selected by the client and can be paid together with the order or requested separately before shipment. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the insurance option can no longer be added or changed.
By choosing extended insurance, the client receives an additional financial guarantee based on the selected coverage level. This means that if the parcel is completely lost during delivery and the loss is officially confirmed through the shipping process, DAJMUR will take responsibility within the limits of the selected insurance tariff.
For example, if the client selects insurance coverage up to $1,000, the financial guarantee is limited to a maximum of $1,000. If the client selects coverage up to $2,000, the financial guarantee is limited to a maximum of $2,000. The coverage does not automatically equal the full value of the order unless the selected insurance amount fully covers the product value.
Please note that shipping insurance covers only the complete loss of the parcel. It does not cover partial damage, mechanical damage, technical damage, cosmetic damage, packaging damage, delays, customs inspection, customs duties, import taxes, or situations where the parcel has been successfully delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.
Insurance does not apply to cases where the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the client, but was not collected, was refused, was redirected by the client, or was affected by incorrect or incomplete delivery details. The client is responsible for providing a full and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP/postal code, country, phone number, and email address.
Insurance also does not cover force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, customs seizures, carrier restrictions, airport closures, global logistics disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DAJMUR or the shipping carrier. In cases of complete destruction of the shipment due to force majeure, compensation may be limited or unavailable depending on the situation and the carrier’s official confirmation.
DAJMUR’s responsibility under the selected insurance option begins only after the parcel has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier. Before dispatch, the product remains under DAJMUR’s responsibility. After confirmed delivery, the insurance coverage ends.
We strongly recommend choosing extended insurance for high-value orders, especially for international shipments. Natural Slavic hair is a premium product, and additional insurance gives the client a clearer financial protection framework in the unlikely event of complete parcel loss.
If the client does not select extended insurance, the order will be shipped without additional financial coverage. In this case, DAJMUR will still provide tracking information and support with delivery communication, but no additional compensation guarantee will apply beyond the standard shipping process.
Before shipment, the client may contact DAJMUR to request insurance, upgrade the insurance level, or confirm which option is most suitable for the order value. Once the parcel has been shipped, the selected insurance terms are considered final.
